Martez Walker suspended after arrest for domestic violence. Looks like we could have another scholarship next season unfortunately for a bad decision. Obviously not learning anything by what's happening in the media last few weeks.

Roach is pretty much a lock at the moment. Granted, things can change. I was always interested to see how the Davis recruitment impacted his recruitment, but I don't think it will. Sounds like Texas is recruiting Roach at PG rather than SG. I think Texas will take both Davis and Roach.

NEW YORK, N.Y. -University of Texas sophomore point guard Isaiah Taylor appears on a regional cover in this week's issue of Sports Illustrated, the publication announced Tuesday morning. Texas is one of five schools selected for a regional cover in the magazine's annual College Basketball preview issue, joining Arizona, Duke, Kentucky and Wisconsin.
 
Taylor's cover shot was taken by photographer Darren Carroll. Subscribers and newsstands in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Idaho, New Mexico and Wyoming will receive this regional issue. This week's issue will be on newsstands starting tomorrow (Wednesday, Nov. 5) through Tuesday, Nov. 11.
 
Texas opens the 2014-15 season with a home game against North Dakota State on Friday, Nov. 14 as part of the 2K Classic benefiting Wounded Warrior Project. Tip is set for 7 p.m. Central at the Frank Erwin Center, and the game will be televised nationally by Longhorn Network.

Taylor was also put on the list for Bob Cousy Award for the top PG.

He is 1 of 36 College PGs named.

First televised game is Friday (LHN) 7pm v. NDSU

then Sunday (ESPNU) 7pm v. Alcorn
