Right now, Texas is the heavy favorite. Have to give Rhule credit for what he's doing. Texas will not offer Sanogo.

i guess he is just trying to add some mystery to the last part of his recruitment.  if he was committed to herman before why wouldn't he again...and at a better school/program (perceived)
