**MARCH MADNESS - Day 2 Thread**

Go Stanford! Great pick Bevo Blake!
Woot! Better believe I'll be rubbing that in some faces this weekend. It looks like UMass might be letting me down though.

I think the Pac 12 ranked 2nd behind the Big 12 in conference RPI. Beers on them!

People I know close to the program says there's a slight chance Parker may come back considering Duke will have a real big man in Okafor next year.

I'm probably the most critical of my group of Duke law alums about Coach K's refusal to adapt his schemes to his players. He just refuses to develop a deep bench and will not entertain the notion of going to the zone even though his man to man defense was mediocre this year. I don't want him fired but boy, I mumble about my grievances all year (sort of like posters here about Barnes).

I think Duke being bounced in the first round this year and twice in the second round the last 3 years just shows how difficult it is to project the early part of the tourney if you don't have (a) an overwhelming amount of talent (Kentucky) or ( B) a good mix of talent and seniority (Louisville last year). Barnes has to rely on ( B) and next year might be when it comes together.

Seriously haven't watch this much basketball in a long time. Maybe watched 5 hrs of March Madness each year for the last 4 years.

Perfect time to have a break before my next career move.

KU's in a dog fight.

Cal Poly.....could they pull the ultimate upset?

Forget Sat/Sunday, may not even make it to Friday Night.

Maybe those insurance premiums should come down?

Okie St very disappointing.

If I were them, I would be unhappy. That team has talent.

In fairness, refs did a job on them. Way too many whistles.

Could the first ever 1 seed go down in the first round tonight? Virginia down to Coastal Carolina by 8 with 5 to play in the first half.
