Major Tennison Update

The former Longhorn TE commit has committed to Alabama. No surprise there, but Tennison pulled the trigger after his official visit. The tight end is not used much in Alabama's offense, but who can blame him after seeing how Sterlin Gilbert has used his tight ends?

Bullard High has pretty much sucked this year so it's not like he's put a team on his back or anything. Maybe we'd paid more attention to him if he were more of a difference maker.

I think that's a little over exaggerated. Yes, Bama doesn't use the TE much but it's more than Texas. That's mind blowing to me.

My last year in high school we were in district with Malakoff and they were pretty bad. That program has come a long ways since and is a state contender now.

Malakoff always had talent, but coaches could never keep the best players on the field. Driskell has been able to do that and the results speak for themselves. They just clinched their eighth consecutive playoff berth and this team, IMHO, has a real chance to play for a title in December. I don't live there anymore, but I keep up. From everything I hear and am told, they are legit.

They are legit. I don't know if they'll get to the title game, but they'll go deep for sure.
