Third string quarterback? He was second on the depth chart and again Mack has to live with Case, because he recruited him and put him in. You act like Mack was stuck with Case McCoy, when in truth, he chose his path.

Mack is a cancer. He gets paid $100,000/ week, sucking resources from the university. He no longer has the ability to lead the program, yet he is allowed to stay in place. Our AD should never have been hired, our university president is incapable of overseeing the athletics department, our regents are meddling fools and the big money donors have proven they are incapable of providing leadership. We are the Clampetts.

Just don't complain when (yet again) Mack gets out coached with lesser talent and the team doesn't end the season ranked in the top 25. If you want mediocrity, then Mack is your man. For the rest of us, we are disgusted that Mack is still coaching the team. Is it really too much that we hope to end a season ranked in the top 25 or has that become a pipe dream for Texas fans?

If Mack Brown is back in 2014, the rebuilding process will take so much longer than you would want to. I know the home run hire might not be out there now but you wait another year and it's not going to be a desirable place to work.

Mack Brown comes off as a nice guy but to me, he is very narcissistic and doesn't care about the damages he does to others.
