Let's Have a Q & A!!

Interesting thread on OB. Baghorn saying that Saban is a done deal.
I don't believe that in the least little bit. Wish it were true but I just don't believe that BS at all.

Would hate to see Briles at Aggy. Somehow I hope they screw their next hire up

What have you heard on the Bev Kearney issue and how does that impact everything going on right now?

Looking forward to it, it'll be like the War Room/Humidor/IT Chat
Yes, it will.

We picked Wednesday because it was in the middle of The Humidor & The War Room.

I don't think Fl is going to fire Muschamp this year. I'm not sure we all understand the job that had to be done at FL?

Baghorn is one of my favorite posters.

I still believe that if the Saban deal falls through and Briles is locked up by aggy, there will be a candidate or two interview that will be surprise us.

Would Briles to aggy be because we had other people ahead of him or what? The timeline to Saban saying no would probably be earlier than Sumlin leaving so we would get a head start on Briles if we wanted him. Do we just not have him very high or not on the list at all?

I didn't get that vibe from his post.

By the way, Baghorn is a great poster

From what I'm hearing from my aggy source and he runs a an aggy website, their BMD's are already having informal talks with Briles.

Read the thread "As 62nd B-Day nears, Saban Reiterates he's Too Damn Old to go Elsewhere" if you want to see BagHorn owning things.

Briles would be a beast at aggy. Always figured Morris to be their guy. Wouldn't mind getting him out of the Big 12. Losing him, adding Saban would be a major win.

Mum is the word right now. The BOR is split on whether we should pay her off.

If you are asking me my opinion, we should because if all the info her camp has come out, it can give our university a black eye. Not to mention possibly hurting certain individuals careers.

Why do you think Briles to Aggy? Unless Sumlin gets offered USC I don't see many attractive jobs opening up. I get that aggy is a stepping stone job but with his recruiting classes he's not leaving for anything that is not significantly more high profile and the NFL won't be calling for another 2 years assuming he has continued success. Plus he's pretty plugged in here in this region.

No thanks on Muschamp.

Cut to the chase. Why do you think Briles to aggy and why the hell would you want Muschamp as HCC?

I think Sumlin leaves for either USC or the NFL this year.

Because I have been told they are already feeling him out. Just like Texas did with Saban last year.

I have never said I wanted Muschamp. On the contrary, I said he is not in my top three. However, I will reiterate, I'm not sure any of us understand the job he had in front of him to be so critical?

I just texted a girl who works for one of the aggy sites, she said USC is offering HUGE money to Sumlin

I think the critical parts of us in regards to Muschamp is just that he's not Saban and he's not having a good season this year. Especially on the offensive side of the ball.

I'm not sure where I am with him. If he's allowed to completely change the culture of the program I think he would be ok. And with the right offensive staff he could do better but is he going to want to run a ball control run based offense or a spread attack similar to what the rest of the conference is running? That's my biggest question mark.

Briles has 3 options, stay at Bu, go to Aggie, go to Texas. What does he choose?
