Jordan finished 2nd in Puerto Rico and needed to finish in 13th or above, in this weeks tournament stop, to earn a Special Exemption for the rest of the calender year.

He finished in a tie for 7th at the PGA event in Tampa Florida and can now play in any regular PGA event. A lot of people questioned his decision to leave Texas after his freshman season but he answered those questions.

He finished -5 and could have been even closer but missed a few puts on the back nine. He also wore Texas burnt orange on sunday. Just like the above picture.

That would be awesome if he started making more noise on a national scale. Texas golf needs more credit and attention than what it gets.

Jordan has it all. He is long off the tee and is a good putter. He works the ball both ways and he is seeing these courses for the first time. Kids a natural and if interested he is playing the Byron Nelson in May I believe?
