Sorry if this is in another thread somewhere and I missed it or forgot about it.

I don't know how to link to it but Joel Klatt was on with Jason Whitlock and had some very interesting thoughts on why Texas is the best job in the country. Hopefully someone can find it and link to it.

But I found his thoughts on Charlie and the "culture" at Texas to be even more interesting. Said Charlie intentions were to change the culture versus building a new culture. Said changing the culture was more negative from a leadership standpoint. What he said about it seemed to make a lot of sense.

In my opinion, Joel Klatt is slowly gaining respect as one of the more astute observers of college football.

Sorry...this never gets old.

NTG, Totally agree with you. I listened to this piece as well and he goes against the grain quite a bit, but defends his points extremely well. He doesn't just say outlandish things, ala skip bayless, for no reason. At one point even Whitlock said that Joe was making him rethink his stance on the subject.

That and his amazing troll job on the aggy fan base makes him one of my favorite analysts.

Wait, was that referee throwing a flag for roughing the passer?
Not exactly. They said Drew Kelson lead with his helmet. Why he didn't play much his Sr year (the year after the NC) I still wonder about.
