Spoke with Jake Raulerson tonight and he mentioned that the Texas coaching staff wants him at Defensive End, not Offensive Line when he arrives at Texas. A lot of the National Recruiting Services have Jake listed as an Offensive Lineman; so good information from Jake.

You can catch the rest of my interview with Jake tomorrow when Ten Questions with Coach B comes out.

Looking forward to it Coach B. I can't tell you how pumped I am about him joining the team. It is fairly easy to see that he is a special player and a special person. He rallies others around him and he is the epitome of a team player. He will be playing on Sundays somewhere and I am going to enjoy watching him thrash whichever unit he plays against. Dude is a straight-up GAMER.

And does he really roll in this bad boy?

Thanks bbdude. He is a great young man and my interview with him was outstanding. He is a special young man. In my evaluations of him on film, I felt he was better suited to be on the defensive side of the ball. He is a high-energy player who plays with a lot of passion and anger. He will be fun to watch.

A good fit for the Diaz defense if it works out that way. His frame can probably hold another 20 lbs without losing much speed so should be interesting to see how it plays out!

Yes. He told me tonight that Coach Diaz has a few things lined up for him, as Jake put it, some exotic schemes that will utilize his talents.

Raulerson seems tough as nails and with him on defense we would be downright terrifying. Interested to hear what you asked him & what he said.

Apologize for the delay on the Raulerson interview. Finally able to start finalizing the write up today with hopes to get it posted tonight. Jake was a great interview and I thoroughly enjoyed speaking to him. I hope you will enjoy the interview.

When was that photo taken? I assure you he is locked in at Texas.
Some football camp a while back I'm sure. Just stirring it up.

I think if there is one recruit we can say there is no way in hell would decommit - it would be Raulerson.
