I still can't over that Mack Brown was seen as the guy with the most secure spot at this time last year and Rick Barnes won his way into staying and so did Augie. Barnes brought his whole team back and added one of the best players in the country. Augie is "Back Home in Omaha".

Mack is going top be in studio in Bristol this fall. Wow.

yes hard to believe after the last few years of the FB,BB and Base Ball play..... but lets play with who brought us !

What's amazing about it? Of the 3, mack was easily the most successfully last season. Of the three he was least successful this season.

Y'all overthink things sometimes.

While Augie may have earned his way back, I'm expecting him to call it a career at the end of this season. I think he knows it's time and has told some that he's considering it.

If Texas does well at the CWS, then it might be a good time to do it for him. I don't think anyone expected to see us here after last year.

This. I think regardless of the CWS outcome, Augie hangs it up.

There is more going on with Augie and I think he is desperately needing 2 more years......to survive  his troubles.
