It does crack me up that many of you are so concerned about not getting the big name splashes like Harsin & Diaz. I would say those big names (at the time of hire) are a major contributor to giving Strong an opportunity to come here.

Thanks Sean, nice perspective.

Despite all the doom and gloom from folks, I think the main thing about Strong is his intensity and desire for excellence. He doesn't appear to be the kind of guys to tolerate mediocrity. So despite what appears to be some underwhelming choices on the O side, I suspect he knows what he is doing and has a good plan.

I'm ready to watch and see how he does it.
