I'm just kidding.  They'll probably drop to 12.

All A&M does is shit on SEC defesnes.  It sucks so bad that I can't enjoy it.  It must be thoroughly satisfying to other college football fans to see a complete afterthought shit show like A&M go in to the SEC and make a mockery of the vaunte defenses.

I can see A&M moving up to around 11-12 and So Cal dropping to 18ish.  This win looks good for A&M...  First game of the season, all eyes watching....

Oh, no doubt but it sure helps A&M that they did it against an SEC team.  A top 10 SEC team!!!!!!!

As long as A&M is at least one spot below South Carolina, I'm fine with it.

The Big 12 has always been dominated by OU and UT.  Every now and then one of the mid-level teams does well, i.e. Baylor, OSU, K-State

In turn, the SEC has always been dominated by Bama and LSU.  Every now and then a mid-level team does well, i.e Auburn, Florida, Georgia

One difference is the SEC has 14 teams and we have 10.

The main difference is the SEC has media sycophants (ESPN).

The bottom line is the SEC is hugely overrated and always has been.  Slive is a marketing genius.

Florida and LSU are actually pretty similar but it doesn't change your point .. .

Great website for comparing teams head to head. . .

South Carolina had no business being in the top 10. The media love fest for the SEC got them there and nothing else.

Otherwise, who else but a love-struck pollster puts a team with a new QB, new secondary and several new DL into the top 10?

We get beat up (UT) because we have a QB who they say is 1 hit away from ending his career. That's apparently worse than having a new QB who's never done anything like SC.
