It's Heisman night folks and the trophy will be handed out within the hour.

Who wins and why?

I don't think anyone really stood out this year. The aggroid appears to be the front runner though.

At least he grew up a Longhorn fan.

He probably has the best stats but he's still a freshman and Te'o is a senior. Would be nice for these voters to have some freaking consistency in rationale.....

I'm going Te'o!

Manziel wins it. Aggies everywhere are burning buildings and dunking cow manure in pitchers of beer and guzzling them!

How does this feel:

Last 2 Heisman Winner were quarterbacks from the state of Texas. Neither played in burnt orange.......

Were either of the QB's even recruited by Texas? If Te'o were from Alabama he would have won the thing.

Just another case of piss poor evaluation. They recruit f##king Connor Brewer and everything I read about the guy screams spare. No comes Swoopes and all I hear is he will never be a QB. I have no faith in this bunch.

Harsin was zeroed in on Brewer before he got the Texas job. Will be interesting to see if he ever amounts to anything. If he progresses this off season, I could see him possibly pushing Ash next year, unless the Waters kid comes in and takes the job.

I don't get all the red shirts at QB. I would loved to have seen Overstreet or Brewer play against KSU. I fully believe TAM didn't know what they had in JF until they played the guy. Overstreet could have killed it in the Wildcat.

Redshirts at QB are due to the GG fiasco. Overstreet was no where near ready to see the field this year.

At this point I am not sure what the best option for Texas would be. I can tell you one thing thought - it ain't Case McCoy. Not sure a JUCO QB is the answer either. We may need to berace ourselves because it could be a few years before we have a qb that is the real deal.

It's not David Ash either.

The mere fact that we are flirting with a JUCO QB should be enough for many sleepless offseason nights

I'm down with the dual threat machine that could be Jalen Overstreet. He's a GROWN ASS MAN!

TATUM... TATUM... TATUM...

It scares me that the guys who tried to make the last two Heisman trophy QB's defensive backs are looking at other QB's. I am fast losing trust and I wonder how close this team is to being lost by these coaches?

And speaking of Manziel's mugshot, I like Sean Pendergast's question of why in the hell wasn't he wearing a shirt??????????????????
