Besides I wasn't that impressed with Baylors QB Vs TCU. Granted it was a down pour but they look vulnerable. Maybe the loss carries over. We are bad enough now teams look past us now

Senior night in Waco, the Bears needing to put an epic beat down on someone so they can at least try to get a better bowl game , Art Briles being Art Briles....even with their third string QB they will beat us. Their receivers alone will overwhelm our secondary and their QB does not have to be great he just needs to keep from turning over the ball. Tell me how will Swoops lead us to victory!

I watched the Bailor vs TCU game, rooting for TCU cause of my disdain for Briles, and their 3rd string QB Chris Johnson kind of reminds me of Swoopes.  He is big with a strong arm but his accuracy isnt that great.  

It was raining very hard but he just seemed off and seemed very uncertain with his reads.  He went 7/24 for 62 yards with 1 TD and 1 Int.   I am sure the weather played a big part so who knows.  I did see Bailor's RB arguing with Johnson on the sideline after an exchange issue which resulted in a fumble. They just seem vulnerable.

Im hoping that loss for Bailor carries over into our matchup.  Bailor just isnt the same without Russel.  Texas has a ton of injuries as well but we might be able to pull this off.  Wishful thinking maybe.

From what I have seen Bailor now has a Swoopes as well.  So odds seem pretty even in the QB department.  But you are right with Senior night etc, our offensive staff, and the fact that baylor is just flat out better, its unlikely but like SHA I just have a feeling we win this game.

I'm fairly certain Merrick has been our 3rd QB.  I know Holtz got to take a couple of snaps in the blowout - but if we actually needed to turn to a QB because of injury I think Merrick would be the guy.  They're not going to burn Locksley's shirt.
