We're having ribs on the smoker (and I don't even have to do the cooking!) with baked potatoes from my garden. My sweetheart took the tomatoes, peppers and onions I grew and made salsa. Awesome stuff.
This will be topped off by a bucket of homemade ice cream.
Life is good.

I get the double whammy today as it’s also my 61st.
Already spent my Home Depot gift card, mowing the yard shortly, and the pork is marinating for the smoker as we speak.
Oh, and I took the day off tomorrow to stay up late and sleep in tomorrow!
