Just remember, you're participating in a conversation now where one side has suggested that Swoopes is better than Ewers.

You're a nerd. You should be paid for your time. lol
Swoopes was MUCH better than Ewers. I saw him in the RRR when he led Charlie's team to a win. There is NO way that Ewers could play fullback like he did that day.

Oh, sorry. Just realized that poster was talking about playing QB.

@TFloss32, this nonsense belongs in the JD thread. I like to call him out on it, but don't want to subject the entire board to it.

JD, are you suggesting that a 0.5% difference in completion percentage makes Swoopes a better QB? All the while ignoring the TD to INT ratio that is half that of Ewers and the drastically lower QBR?

You mentioned completion percentage as the gold standard earlier in this thread. Completion percentage is probably one of the least useful stats to assess a QB. A QB can complete 100% of 3 yards passes and be much less effective than one who completes 50% of 20 yard passes.

I'm not even going to dignify the Swoopes comparison due to its absolute stupidity.

But only one of those QB's has a winning record in games where they played the majority of the game.

What I'm suggesting is that based on completion percentage, most people would be surprised to see where Quinn falls.

You are what your numbers are.

I belivehe said was playing better not a better QB.

Hope Ewers is a better QB than he is playing in last two ames

Surly Horns didn't even think this nonsense belonged on their board at all. Can't say they were wrong.

Yes, but no one ranks QBs based on completion percentage. That is one, small piece of the overall QB evaluation. No one (other than you) is comparing Ewers and Swoopes and coming close to suggesting that Ewers is "playing worse than Swoops".

He said Ewers was playing worse than Swoopes. Please tell me that you don't agree with that.
No I do not agtee with that.

What post did he say what you quoted? Forget it I found the post. Origionaly only read the % post. My mistake.

You're right, Sark is an IDIOT and should be fired.  Worthy should be our QB all along!  100% completion percentage!  And look at that rating!
