The only "alternate uniform" I might wanna see is an all-burnt orange ensemble.  But, I doubt our historic program needs such gimmicks.

Yeah ... I could go for the all burnt orange uniforms, but they would have to be as simple as the stormtrooper unis ... and no capes ... and no sequins ... and maybe instead of a couple of thousand extra for dates and pizza, we could give them one gold stripe on the helmet ... tell them that that represents the extra money that their UT diploma will earn them in their lifetime ... tell them that they don't need to be dating anyway ... they need to be concentrating on football.

I would only suggest they make the burnt orange a richer color.  This jersey looks faded and has a " 'scuse me" look to it.
