Is there any interest here in joining a Dynasty Fantasy League? I've been wanting to start one for quite some time and would like to pull the trigger this year if there are 7-9 other people interested. If there are only 7 other people interested this year, we could expand next year.

I'd say we go free on this one. Considering most people already have their leagues set up this year.

Yeah I was kind of thinking the same. Free this year and pay going forward.

What is Dynasty FF?
Basically, you have one big draft on the first year and your roster carries over from year to year. Every year there will be a draft, but some dynasties draft only rookies, some only keep a certain amount of players from the previous year's roster and draft from what's left, etc. Dynasty is funnest for me, but I'm in both. It's basically a different draft strategy and the first draft carries a ton of weight.

Here's what we have thus far:

BevoBlake

Lukus

Shevis

Jmccutch

SF can we count you in?

Here is the setup I figured we would use:

Roster:

QB

RB

RB

WR

WR

WR

TE

FLEX

K

D/ST

BENCH (15)

Draft Type: Auction

Annual Drafts (After Year 1): Rookies Only (3 Selections/Not Required to keep drafted Rookies)

Trades/Waivers: Trades are permitted all season long. However, once the playoffs have started, only non-playoff teams are eligible to make trades until after the playoffs have concluded. Waivers are permitted all season long.

Expansion Rules: In the event that the league expands, each team will be required to make three players who played at least three games available for selection by the expansion team. In the event that the expansion team selects one of your players, you can remove one player. The other player will automatically be selected by the expansion team. If there are two expansion teams, you must make five players who played at least three games available for selection. If three of your players are selected, you may remove the rest. The expansion team will also be granted the 1st Pick in the Rookie Draft. For more info on this strategy, see the Houston Texans expansion draft.

Buy-In/Prize(s): $20 Buy-In starting with Season 2.

 8 Teams: Winner - $100 2nd Place - $40 3rd Place - $20

10 Teams: Winner - $140 2nd Place - $40 3rd Place - $20

What does everyone think about this?
