Hornsports has an ESPN college pick'em contest going.  ..free to join, for bragging rights. . .. . .missing some key names. . . .

DVDs for the Troops

For those that do not know, every year since 2004, Michelle and I have recorded the games for our deployed guys and gals.   This marks our 10th year anniversary and we are stepping up our game.

We will be partnering with Nate Boyer's Caring for Camo program to send letters and care packages as well. . . .

We are asking for 2 things. . .

1st, names and APO addresses of anyone you know who is deployed.   We will send to any deployed service person.

2nd, any help covering postage is appreciated. . .one year we were up to $120 a week in mailing costs . ..which we love because it means lots of men and women are seeing the games. . .

I'm trying to reach out to as many Horns as i can. . . . .and it's getting harder to find guys but when we do, they have all reported they loved it. . .

Very gratifying to get the thank you emails. . . .at one point the 82nd Airborne was showing the games in teh mess hall and the Kadena Officers and NCO clubs aired them as well. . . 

I had a friend sending me VHS' back in the day, they were a popular taste from home. . . .
