Does anyone else have Conference Teams?

Obviously everyone here loves Texas more than any other collegiate team out there (Outside of our LSU and Aggie Friends). But do any of you have another team from a different conference you pull for as well? I'm a fan of College football itself so beyond my Longhorn love, I typically choose one team per conference to cheer for throughout the season. I'd be curious to hear if anyone else does. Here are mine:

American

SMU Mustangs - This was the first D1 Locker room and field I ever stepped foot in/on. Pony Excess was one of my favorite 30 for 30's and I'm a fan of Jones trying to get the program turned around after all these years.

ACC

North Carolina Tarheels - I'm not sure why but I've always had a bit of fondness for the Tarheels. I really liked their color combination when I was growing up, so that helped some. I also love how they've implemented black into their newer sets of uniforms.

BIG 10

Nebraska Cornhuskers - I know a lot of people here probably hold some negative feelings towards the Cornhuskers, but I don't. Some of my favorite games to watch growing up were games between the Longhorns and Cornhuskers. Some of the greatest and most polite fans I ever met were Cornhusker fans and going to see a game at Memorial Stadium is on my bucket list.

BIG XII

Texas Longhorns - This is pretty obvious.

Conference USA

Rice Owls - One of the first College Football games I saw in person was a Rice game.

Independent

Notre Dame Fighting Irish - I'm Irish and I watched Rudy a lot as a kid.

MAC

Ohio Bobcats - The only memory I have of Ohio is when I would play with them on the older NCAA games for the first Playstation. That's my only tie to the school but it's enough to have me pulling for them on Saturdays.

MWC

Wyoming Cowboys - This was formerly for TCU but now they've obviously joined the BIG XII. I chose the Cowboys because they chose a unique color combination, their stadium is gorgeous and I love the boldness of their new endzone design. I know all of that sounds like a ridiculous reason to choose a team...but come on...this is the Mountain West guys.

PAC 12

Washington State Cougars - I've always thought that they have one of the coolest logos in College Sports. I also love the uniforms and the fact that they're Mike Leach's return project. I'm hoping he can build that team into something that could potentially contend in the North.

SEC

LSU Tigers - Growing up with an Uncle who went to LSU, I had almost as much Purple and Gold in my room as I did Burnt Orange. (Almost)

Sun Belt

UL Monroe Warhawks - Their upset against Arkansas last year was one of the most entertaining games I've ever seen. So I've been following them since.

I don't have a favorite from each conference but besides Texas, I'm a huge Michigan, UCLA, Stanford, and North Carolina fan. Then I root for teams that would help my favorite teams climb the polls each week.

Most hated teams: Oklahoma, Ohio St, U$C, Notre Dame, Duke

Can't say I have any favorites other than Texas. I am however partial the Navy Midshipmen. I'm more of an underdog kind of guy. Case in point; 2007 Appalachian State win over Michigan. That game will/should go down as a college football classic.

I like the Irish but I can easily understand why one would hate Notre Dame. I hate Duke Basketball...but I don't have enough reason to loathe them football wise yet. I actually have a very Burgundy/Mantooth relationship with Oklahoma.

American

Houston - Grew up in H-Town. Tell your mama, tell your papa about Phi Slama Jama! I saw a couple of basketball games at Hofheinz Pavilion

Florida State - Always liked and respected the 'Noles. Disappointed they're not in the Big 12

BIG 10

Tie

Ohio State & Michigan

Rice Owls - First CFB game I saw in person was a Rice game. Watched Baylor's '80 SWC champion team run over the Owls. Walter Abercrombie was awesome that day!

Independent

Army - Always liked the Black Knights

MAC

Bowling Green - IDK, I like their uniforms and logo

Boise State - Respect their program and loved the way they handled OU in the Fiesta Bowl

PAC 12

UCLA - Best campus, love their colors

Texas State - I've had good times in San Marcos

Big East

St. John's - "Let's go Redmen!" Big Chis Mullin fan back in the day.

Love the St. John's bball teams. Remember when Felipe Lopez was suppose to be the next big thing?

Nope.. Pretty much hate everyone out there.. why? Because I have never met another fan base that roots for us.. So piss on them.

Yeah...hate that SJU changed their team name to "Red Storm". Weak

Horns all the way but typically pull for the old SWC teams, with exception of A&M and Ark. I still like for TT and Baylor to competitive. Before the Big XII I liked Neb but I have grown to hate them. tOSU, Mich and ND are teams I root against always.

Was in the military in Georgia before the internet days...lol and had to follow the Bulldogs. Still a fan to this day.

Grew up watching Tim Green play for Syracuse and still root for the Orange from time to time. Too bad they've pretty much sucked since the McNabb era.

I root for TCU (Dad graduated from there), Georgia, Georgia Tech (Dad and family are from GA), & Air Force (Dad was in Air Force).

Went to Georgia my freshman year before transferring home to Texas so I gotta root for the Dawgs. Other than that it's Horns all the way

I've lived in Arkansas for awhile now. My wife graduated from Arkansas State so they are my #2 team after Texas. Go Red Wolves!
