I just had a conversation with a person in law enforcement who knows the situation about the Dez Bryant incident. First my buddy has first hand knowledge about what happened. He is one of the most honest people I know and I believe what he says. It's up to you if you believe him or me?

The incident started one evening. Dez was home and got a call from his mother who lives near him and she was having a problem with her son, Dez's half brother.

Dez arrived and the brother was out of control. It is not knows at this time if he was high or drunk but it is obvious he was under some form of influence.

Dez's mother and other brother were arguing, not violent but she was trying to get him to go to bed and he was wanting to leave. Dez got in the middle of the argument and from there the stories go in a different direction depending on who is telling the story.

Dez says he was trying to physically stop his brother from leaving and the brother/mother both say Dez just went off on both of them.

Dez then said when he tried to control the brother his mother got mad at Dez for being too physical. He then says the mother attacked him and he was trying to keep her off him. He may have held her wrists. She was upset and he may have tore her blouse but he never put a hand on her in a violent way. This again according to Dez.

Mom filed a police report but later recanted after she said she said she talked to other who were there. Seems there was at least one other person other than the three mentioned above that witnessed the incident.

This is what they have now. It may, according to my friend, come down to what this other person said happened? It's what I have now.

Who was the 3rd person? Family? Dez friend? It is not your friend we need to question but Bryant's version of the story. Sounds like this 3rd party might be able to shed a little more light on what actually happened.

Funny I asked the same question and was told that the person my be Dez's adviser?
