Gresham, All Saints Episcopal (Fort Worth) fullback and Texas commit talked with the Alabama Rivals site about his recent scholarship offer from the Tide. The quotes are on an article by Andrew Kuhla from Bleacher Report, but nonetheless were extracted from the TideSports.com piece.

And Gresham on Mack's no visititing other schools after committing to Texas:Honestly, it's a dream come true," he said. "Alabama has always been my childhood favorite. My coach always joked with me that when Alabama offered I was going to start crying. I actually did tear up a little bit.
"I have been telling my mom for a long time that I am going to work hard to get that Alabama offer. She almost started crying when I told her. It's really a blessing that a school of that stature offered me especially with the major backs who have been there and who they have now. They are known for running backs, and that's what they want me to play.
This will be interesting to follow.... If Gresham takes a Bama visit, like he seems to really want to, does make pull the offer?"I haven't had a chance to visit Alabama yet," Gresham said. "The hard thing is Coach Brown doesn't allow you to take visits once you are committed. I can't lie though. It's in the back of my mind. I can tolerate it.
"I can understand where he is coming from. They got screwed over last year. I think everyone who visited elsewhere decommitted. I know my mom really wants me to go on all the visits I can. I am only a junior. My mom knows I love Texas, but she wants me to visit anywhere I can. I am having to tell her I am not allowed."
