Did anyone see the closeup of Cory yesterday when the Colts were trailing the Patriots?  I felt terrible for him.  It was obvious that he wanted that game very much.

Cory has always been one of my favorite Longhorns, and I have admired his mother, Mary, since the day that I met her.  She is a phenomenal woman and mother.

Hook 'em, Cory!

Did Cory like Detroit? Have heard that place is a rat hole. Was just curious.

I saw him in a close up the week they played the Cowboys. I thought he was showing some age.

Now, SHA, of course he is showing some age.   ;)   He was a member of our 1999 recruiting class, if you can believe it!  He is about 32 or 33.

I doubt that he was thrilled with Detroit.  The guy is a winner, and Detroit has not been until, what, this year.  Cory and Priscilla are both class acts, and I hope that he gets a Super Bowl ring before he retires.

Hook 'em!

Not sure where I read it, but I believe that Cory has previously said this will very likely be his last year.. Obviously, that's a very complex decision for him, and I'm sure he'll take a month or so to make a decision.

The NFL takes a toll, a heavy one.  A close relative of mine, who was a starting linebacker in the NFL, goes to sleep with an ice pack on his neck and back every night.

I haven't heard anything since early last fall when he said this was his last year. He may have some left in the tank but it will only be in Indy. I'll check with a good buddy of his in a few weeks, don't know him enough to call out of the blue.

He loved his time in Baltimore more than anywhere else. He doesn't speak highly of his time in Detroit but trying to get him to say anything worse than that is tough.

Will never forget that crazy Nebraska game he won at the end in Austin

Epitome of a team player

I looked for a gif of him in that Nebraska game but couldnt find one

But I did find this one - I was at this game too, and remember this play -from same season (i think) - if you were there, you probably remember it too
