Another great week of games to pick with many ranked teams in action against each other. The CFP picture should begin to clear up a little after this week.

Who can pull it off this week after Baron's two-miss effort? Good luck to all!

#1 Miami at #4 Notre Dame

#2 Georgia at #12 Ole Miss

#3 Utah at #7 BYU

#8 Kentucky at #15 Tennessee

#9 Alabama at #15 LSU

#5 UCLA at Minnesota

Clemson at Syracuse

aggy at #23 South Carolina

Oregon at #11 Ohio State

#21 Iowa at Northwestern

TIE BREAKER – Pick the score of #10 Texas at #19 Missouri

#1 Miami at #4 Notre Dame - this won't be close. Playing cream puffs won't help the Irish prepare for Miami. I expect them to become the cream puff. Huricanes in a 2 digit beat down.

#2 Georgia at #12 Ole Miss - If the Rebels some how pull out this one, there will be chaos in the SEC standings. Unfortunately, that is a pipe dream. Georgia will knock them out of the playoff picture. I see another 2 digit beat down.

#3 Utah at #7 BYU - This is a must win for BYU. A loss knocks them out of the playoff picture. A win keeps their hope alive and creates a 3 way tie for first in the Big 12. I just don't think the Cougars can go on the road and beat the Utes. The Utes can't turn the ball over and have to stop Bachmeier. I'm going with the home team.

#8 Kentucky at #15 Tennessee - I don't have a feel for either team. I'm not sure MacIntyre can win a tough game for the Vols. If the Wildcats just play ball and run with Baxter and Patterson and protect their QB, this game is there for the taking. I'm going with another upset.

#9 Alabama at #15 LSU - loser of this game is out of the playoff picture. This is going to be a slobber-knocker. Can 'Bama protect Russell? Can they put pressure on Leavitt and force him to make errors? Can either team run the ball? It's a toss up. Might as well go with the underdog. I'm taking 'Bama.

#5 UCLA at Minnesota - I don't believe UCLA is that good, but then Minnesota isn't either. The Golphers have played in some close games against ranked teams. UCLA has only played Oregon who isn't the team we remember. I think the Bruins will be a little jet lagged and I'm going with Minnesota.

Clemson at Syracuse - Clemson is still a decent team. Syracuse has their QB back and has surprised a couple of teams. Neither team's QB is going to set the world on fire. Every time I pick against Dabo I lose. Well I'm going to pick against them again. Go Orange.

aggy at #23 South Carolina - Can it get any worse for the aggies? Oh Yeah. The real question is can they win 6 games? Gamecocks all the way.

Oregon at #11 Ohio State - The Buckeyes have their back against the wall. Another loss and they are out of the playoff picture. Without Sayin can they win? Oregon is a decent team and they will fight. I just think the Buckeye's defense will come through in the end. Ohio State wins this one.

#21 Iowa at Northwestern - 2 evenly matched teams that are going to play typical Big 10 smash mouth football. I think Iowa has played the stronger schedule so I like them in this dog fight. It's going to go down to the wire.

TIE BREAKER – Pick the score of #10 Texas at #19 Missouri
I'm nervous about this game. We have to be able to run the ball and put pressure on Simmons to win this one. Once again the D will have play really strong.

Texas 24 - Missouri 17
