*****College Football Schedule - Week 1 THREAD*****

aggy's schedule is easy so we need ND to win this one.

1. So the aggy QB was supposed to be better than Ewers????
2. It took a missed 2pt conversion by Abilene Christian in OT for TT to win
3. Michigan did not look very good today
4. VANDY?!?!

Aggy D-Line just gave up over 200 yards rushing to a O-Line that had a combined 6 starts under their belt. Aggy misery will be fun to watch

Hard to know this early what to take away from these games. Is Notre Dame actually really good, especially on defense and A&M will be alright? We shall see.

Michigan was 10-16 with 10 minutes left. A TD and then a pick 6 made the final score look a lot better but that was a rough game for them it seems.

That Notre Dame secondary is pretty special.

Overlooking them because we're coming to town the next week, maybe?

Perhaps. Like I said, hard to draw too many conclusions from week 1. It can be a crap shoot for a lot of teams and early conclusions usually end up being wrong.

It does seem Michigan has a real issue at QB. I haven't seen their game but I know they played two QBs and the starter was the presumptive 3rd QB during fall camp.

I don't think they can get the issues corrected before next week, either. Glad we get them in week 2 rather than week 9. The defense will be a challenge.

I never saw Vanderbilt beating Virginia Tech. So yea, we don't know much right now.

I am a DirectTV customer. I've had no real problems in the 6 years I've been with them. But now they are in a contract dispute with ABC/ESPN/DISNEY and have taken all of those channels and associated channels off the stream.

Basically, I can't watch a game unless its on CBS or Fox.

I am currently missing the Florida State vs Boston College game due to this issue.

Anybody got any suggestions?

Seems like service providers just take turns with their “disputes” and the customers suffer.

I just switched to youtube TV and I have liked it so far.

I hope you are right about michigan not being able to fix their problems before next week, but you usually see the biggest improvements between week 1 and week 2. Plus you know, just like Texas they kept things fairly vanilla in week 1.

michigan has some behind the scenes distractions. They had those same distractions last year, so it will be interesting to see if they can continue to thrive with those distractions under Moore's leadership.

Biggest challenge for them is their QB situation. Rolling a walk-on out there week 1 when two other QBs were rumored to be leading for the job all off season. Seems like a personnel issue and that won't be remedied from one week to the next.

The Texas players already mentioned they will have gameplans for the different QBs that are possible to play against them this week which is smart. Does Michigan try to throw a curveball by changing up their QB this week?
