I agree. 

I was on the USC board a couple of weeks ago when we were after Harrell. The fans were talking about David Yost taking over for Harrell. Funny how that worked out. They were showing all kinds of pictures of hair, however they were enthused about Yost getting the offense coordinator job. Texas Tech were 11th rated in total offense this year.
 
If Herman determines that he can run his offense then I would be very pleased with this hire. He runs a balance offense, and works well with quarterbacks. I like his long hair and he has a smart reason on why he has it this long.

I agree.  Seems that TH has already zeroed in on his guy but has to wait for the season to play out before making an official announcement.  Question is, who the hell is the candidate for the OC job? 

I don't think we would wait on someone unless they are in the playoff.  We're missing critical recruiting time to wait on some guy to coach in the Peach Bowl.

I think he did run the special teams last year.... at least punt returns.
