Wow! This would be huge if true. They will surely require a guarantees length of stay before he bolts for a HC job.

If he will guarantee 3 years, I'm all for it. That gives enough time to groom his successor.

The execution of his offense at Lake Travis was a thing a beauty. I don't think many college coordinators get that kind of precise execution out of their college kids, much less high school kids.

If he comes, I hope he talks with Malzahn about the adjustments Auburn made this year for their JUCO QB. It would come in handy with Heard.

If Ash is ready to play, and can stay healthy, Morris would do wonders for his game.

I would even take 2 years, 3 would be great and maybe a lot to ask for a guy who might be getting "lesser" HC gigs right now.

He would change recruiting momentum on offense for sure.

I do not think he will come to Texas....nor his wife. But who knows what money will do.

Per OB Chad Morris would definitely consider the Texas offensive coordinator job.

Morris would be smart to come. A couple of big years on a bigger stage and he could likely snag a really good head job

Doing happy dance right now

He will, but it's all about the buyout...

From what I've picked up on while he was at LT, he'd most definitely take the job. People say things they don't mean when looking in from the outside. It's a different story when you have a chance to be on the inside.

CM currently make $1.3 million, if you give him $1.75 - $2.0 million he has to really consider it b4 saying no.

if someone really just doesnt want to come to Texas you cant force him but you can certainly make it hard to say no.

Coach Strong focus on defense and overall team toughness and mindset. A foremidable combination.

Yeah, Joe, you are probably right. However the pipe has some good stuff in it while it last.
