Brandon Weeden was the clear choice at QB for the Browns

Yeah.....tell me again how Weeden was the smart draft choice?

He has maybe a good 5 years in the NFL and then he will be 35. It will take him 2 years to come around and have anything close to a game at quarterback. I cannot think of another team that would invest time and resources into Weeden over a player like Colt McCoy. The return on investment in Weeden is nowhere near where it could be with McCoy. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure this out and the Browns should be ashamed of themselves.

The Browns have always been a mishandled organization. Heck as soon as Art Modell left for Baltimore, they became a winning organization, wiping away those heartbreaking losses. Weeden might be good but it might be for a few years at best.

Word out of Cleveland is teams are lining up to sign or trade for Colt with one being the Packers.

in the end, this may be the best thing to happen to Colt as a pro.

Weeden was 12 of 20 tonight for 120 yards. That's a 6 YPA average. Pathetic and they were all dinks and dunks. Plus the highlights I watched most of the passes were behind his receivers. Browns are such a losing organization.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Weeden is a rookie but he doesn't have rookie time. He is a grandad in the NFL as a qb. Me love me some Colt.

COlt McCoy received a loud cheer when he took the field against Philly on Friday and he threw the only score for the crappy Browns.

The damn city of Cleveland wants Colt to start so why are they going with old man Weeden????
