People don't want Watson as OC and it appears he's not going to be but just about every other name outside 1-2 select others would disappoint message boards. Funny. At this point whatever hire strong makes I'm gonna go with it. Pretty Clear he has a plan and is Making good hires.
Watson going to the NFL would be funny because he's not "Texas good" but would be nfl good if gets a job there

but all the board experts need to have something to gripe about and display their amazing football acumen.
I'm not usually one to make comments like this, but the level of agitation and criticism of every even remotely possible (even if not likely) move by HC Strong is just ludicrous. People need to assess their own life, IMO, at some point.

Couldn't have said it any better myself. We all wanted change, and we are getting change. Let Strong pick the coach he thinks is best. It's like if we don't get Jesus as our OC, people are going to find something wrong with him. Give whoever we hire a chance, and if he fails you can criticize him.

I'm sure some people would complain even if we did hire Jesus himself. Even Jesus had to rise from the dead for some of the disciples to really believe. The people that complain just aren't going to be happy and believe until there is proof. Nothing you can do about that. I'm just looking forward to some good defense again, where we bring the wood and don't let people run through tackles!! I'm also excited to see what the new offensive staff an do in developing the talent we have here. Nothing but good times ahead!!!

I can't imagine a guy with the experience Joker has to do something so bad to warrant that type of behavior.

Pure speculation, but I'd guess the kid got his butt hurt somehow - perhaps they aren't pursuing him anymore or such.

A lot of these kids are egotistical and the over pampered. This says more about him than Phillips.
