Crazy text message of the day I got from someone in Louisiana.

"A reputable trainer down here [New Orleans] told me Fournette is going to shock the world and pick Texas and Saban will be the coach at Texas tomorrow."

He did say it and added he's not holding his breathe. Fournette to announce in the 4Q.

I was just about to post a thread about Fournette and the chance he comes here but we might as well keep the conversation in this thread.

If Fournette chooses Texas, which I think is unlikely, I think the writing is on the wall for Saban's arrival. Remember, Fournette made his second Texas visit after all of the Saban to Texas rumors picked up. If we get Fournette, it may be a package deal.

Someone on OB clarified BB wasn't taking the text seriously. So either he was posting it for laughs or he thinks there is something to it. I don't know BB well but it seems against his nature to post stuff that he thinks is completely false. I thought he was a pretty guarded with that stuff but who knows.
