Keep Bob Shipley, but fire Patrick Suddes?

This gives you some insight into what Coach Strong values...relationships. Suddes handled the personnel department's organization, administration, and player analysis while Bob has the relationships with THSFB coaches. Not devaluing Suddes' contributions, but it is telling.
