I actually heard this a few weeks ago but, in talking to a buddy today it was reiterated.

The BMD's that matter, are 100% Charlie and the staff is not going to want for anything.

All the talk of Charlie not getting the support or the time to turn this program around is bs.  

Charlie will be evaluated but, is certain to get the 5 years on his contract.

The BMD's understand where this program is and recognize that it will not be rebuilt in two or years.

Would be interesting to know how influential some of these older one's are. Doesn't sound like they have much.

They are more than welcomed to join the party but, they don't have the stick they did with the old regime.  Don't mean for that to sound derogatory towards anyone.  Bless them all forgiving what they did.

New relationships are being formed with Texas alums that have plenty of money & they are willing to put it behind the new regime.
