What f##king dirt bag he is

Cy-Falls LB Otaro Alaka is going to announce

his A&M/Texas decision this afternoon and just about everyone closely

following his recruitment believes he'll be a Longhorn. I've spoken to sources

on all sides of the deal and the consensus is this: If Otaro were to choose

Texas A&M, it wouldn't quite qualify as a shocker but would definitely

register as a pretty big surprise. The biggest factor here is simple: He grew

up rooting for the Burnt Orange and, no matter how much the Ags rolled out the

red carpet, Alaka kept gravitating back to his childhood favorite.

If Otaro chooses Texas as expected, he's an nice get for the Longhorns and a

notable head-to-head win for Mack versus A&M. Then again, it's a

head-to-head that the Horns absolutely had to get. Why? Because, while Longhorn

fans will spend a few days walking around like roosters gloating about beating

the Aggies for Alaka, Kevin Sumlin, Mark Snyder and Co. may very well be on the

verge of curb-stomping the Longhorns when it comes to front seven recruiting

for the second straight year. The Ags have already beaten Texas for another

lifelong Longhorn fan by landing Nederland DT DeShawn Washington (the state's

best at the position), they have the state of Texas' No. 1 overall prospect in

the fold in La Porte LB Hoza Scott and Gilmer standout Josh Walker chose

A&M over the Longhorns and Sooners. The Aggies are currently way out in

front in the race for Arlington DE Myles Garrett ? a top five prospect ? and

came out of Friday Night Lights as the leader in the A&M/Texas battle for

Jarrett Johnson's pledge. North Shore LB Zach Whitley claims no leaders and is

going to be recruited for a while longer but my sources also feel very good

about the Ags' chances here, as well.

-As it stands today, it looks as if A&M and Texas will split the two

pending head-to-heads, with Seven Lakes DE Jarrett Johnson leaning towards the

Aggies and having scheduled a return trip to College Station and Kyle Field

this weekend. Defensive end and offensive line are A&M's most pressing area

of need, so Johnson would be an important early get for Mark Snyder and Terry

Price. This one isn't over yet but the Ags clearly pushed ahead and will be very

tough to overtake down the home stretch of the Houston-area standout's

recruitment.

-When it comes to the ongoing battle for the Lone Star recruiting landscape,

you have to look at the facts and not fall for Burnt Orange spin. Last I

checked, I haven't heard anyone with half a clue saying that Kevin Sumlin and

the Aggies were on the verge of winning every individual recruiting battle

against Texas. What the Ags have done is level the playing field and then some.

Since arriving in Austin, Mack Brown had won about 90% of the head-to-head

battles against three A&M coaches. He's losing more than he's winning

against Kevin Sumlin and that's a fact. In addition, Texas has suddenly begun

stockpiling three-star talent that Texas A&M has shown little to no interest

in recruiting. Another fact. Here's one more: If Otaro Alaka does, in fact,

choose Texas this afternoon, he will become just the third Longhorn commit out

of fifteen 2014/2015 Texas verbals who was offered by the Aggies. Since

Demetrious Knox chose burnt orange on Thanksgiving, the Horns have picked up a

combined total of nine commitments, none of whom were offered by A&M.

The point here? A&M isn't losing out on the guys they want and there's

enough spin coming out of Austin to wipe out a large trailer park.

Lol! Liucci makes a good aggy. Sh!t for brains describes him well, also. To be fair, I'm sure he believes a lot of what he writes. Let's see how things pan out. I'm interested to see what Liucci writes after signing day in 2014. The one thing Liucci can't gloss over is what a sh!thole of a college town College Station is. Thomas Johnson is probably the smartest kid aggy has signed in years. 8 weeks in that Godforsaken hellhole and he got the fu@k out. Manziel can't even stand being on campus. Let's see just how many kids who say they want to spend the next four years of their life in a total sh!thole actually sign on the dotted line.

As always the lowlife out of College Station still compare themselves to a university they have no business comparing themselves to - a school that isn't even in the same damn conference. It is not ridiculous, it is just plain pathetic.

I mean what in the hell would they do with themselves if they didn't have Texas to try and compare themselves to?

Liucci's post was just unnecessary. A&M is hotter than UT right now but it seems he wants to have everyone concede that Sumlin can't be out-recruited at all.

You are correct and that is the level headed explanation for his idiocy.
