Despite season cancellations or postponements from other Power-5 Conferences, the Big 12 Conference is pushing forward with fall football.  The conference released its revised conference schedule on Wednesday morning, with date changes from its previous rendition.  Teams in the conference will maintain a 10-game schedule, with each program playing every other Big 12 team and one non-conference opponent (assuming they can secure one).

Texas will open conference play on the road for the first time since 2017, when they travel to Lubbock to face the Red Raiders on September 26.  The Longhorns will also face Oklahoma State, Kansas and Kansas State in road games.

The Longhorns will host Baylor, West Virginia and Iowa State at Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium.

The annual Texas vs. Oklahoma game is still slated for October 10th at the Cotton Bowl.

The Big 12 Championship Game will take place on either December 12th or 19th.

Normally, a halloween clash in stillwater would make me very nervous. However this year is a different story with the stadium at most 50% and against this years UT team that seems hungry.

I obviously want the Horns so win all the games, but there are 2 games circled for me; OU and TCU.  OU because it's time to unseat them and TCU because I want this team to destroy the Frogs (im talking 50-3).

TCU is an early game. This could be interesting.

I think a big unknown is will players get Covid during the season and how long they will be out.

How long until Justin Fields enters the transfer portal and announces he is transfering to OU?

Hey, I just pulled that out of my ass, but If tOSU doesnt play.....why not?
