You do have talent, and these are some of the better alternates that I have seen. I detest the idea of orange pants. Gag! If we ever go that way, then just throw out all of Coach Royal's sayings. We have one of about 10 easily identifiable college football helmets, and fans want to change it? Why?

Now that Strong is here it's not difficult to picture them worn by players with a badness factor on defense somewhere between this year's Seahawks and the '85 Bears.

The '85 Bears gave up 6 rushing TDs the entire year including playoffs. They shut out the Giants and Rams in the opening two games of the playoffs and beat NE by a score of 46-10 for the title. 10 total points in 3 playoff games. If this team looks like the video while playing like that across 12 games and the BCS game, I can't complain.

I've been very solid about not changing the uniforms, but this is not bad at all. I'm kinda sad to say I would like to see this on the field.

I'm a traditionalist, but not old! I think what you did is better than some others, but not as great as the ones we have been wearing! I don't like the numbers on the helmets from this year. Please do away with them!

Is Spring Football here yet? Time for the College World Series, NCAA Tournament? Please keep us occupied, we do tend to stir up mischief!

Where is the pink version to commemorate Breast Cancer Awareness?

Where are the capes?

Would like to see a lightning bolt coming down the middle of the helmet. No real purpose, just looks cool, could sway some recruits to Texas.

I'm with SFGirl, the black would do more for me than the gray. The burnt orange sorta gets lost in the gray.

Sorry for the delay folks. Somebody reached out with a great opportunity for my Uniform Designs so I spent the evening putting something together for them. We'll see how that goes but now I'll get to working on the Black Alternates.
