I'm a bit surprised there aren't any comments on the staff's choice of Logan Vinklarek as the 2nd string QB (above)....

I think you are reading more into what Coach Watson said, I think the staff has made it pretty clear Heard is the backup and will be the guy if Swoopes has a serious injury this year. I think Vinklarek will be used only for a minor ( play or two) injury or Helmet issue. Most everyone knew if Ash went down this year then there would be questions on what to do with Heard, I am sure Vinklarek has to be somewhat surprised to be in this situation as well however it is what it is. Lets just hope Swoopes stay healthy and continues to improve our offense. Hookem.
