Basketball Unis & Shoes-Longhorns

So LHN did an interesting feature on uniforms and shoes this last week with the Longhorn Equipment Manager, Rob Lazare. 

If you ever have the chance to meet Rob, he's a great guy and, like many at our University, he is a class act.

I hate those black uniforms ("anthracite"....WTF).

You can't even read the "TEXAS" on the front unless it's a close-up.

I understand what they're trying to do, accentuating the Orange & White with a third color, but I was in Madison Square Garden when we first unveiled black unis and proceeded to get our asses kicked by Duke.  Now I'm a baseball guy at heart, and I've got my inherent superstitions that comes with that.  "If you believe you're playing well because you're getting laid, or because you're not getting laid, or because you wear women's underwear, then you are! And you should know that!"

I'd never wear black unis again, or any facsimile thereof.  But that's just me.

I won't because women's undergarments lack the proper support. Strictly men's thongs for me!
