This is what I expected...and is a positive. Without a G League option, kids will stay in school longer which will improve the college game. Not sure how many 4 year guys will get. But we'll see far less one and dones. This is a good thing

The G League only gets “one and dones”. Nobody will get more 4 year guys and there will be more “one and dones”.

Important win by Texas tonight beating K-state 62-56.

3 road games against ranked teams remain and both OU and Ok State at home. Win the 2 home games and we should be in the tournament. Winning any of the away games will help the resume and seeding.

I didn't see the game, but the box score shooting-wise was atrocious with the exception of Disu.

I admit I didn't even realize we were playing! Even Dishu was under 50% on his FGs but he was 10-11 from the line. Glad the team played some D against K St.

I like the helter skelter on defense, but not offense. The T/O to steal ratio is terrible.

The going theory is that we need 2 of our last 5 games to make the Big Dance. It is important for Coach RT (and our program) for this team to make the Big Dance and advance to the round of 32... Next year is beyond important.

I hear Trevor Goosby's brother (Austin) is a - sophomore guard that Texas / Terry is already recruiting for basketball. I watched some of his film.... looks like a really good prospect that we ought to have a really good shot at.... I mean, his name is "Austin!"

Yeah, 6'6" and 1/2 as a sophomore. Projects to 6'7 or 6'8.

And everybody is after him in the last few weeks. Word got out.

Houston had a 16 point lead at half but Baylor tied it with 4.4 seconds left. Houston hit a 3 at the buzzer but replay showed he hit it about .2 seconds after the buzzer. On to OT!
