Even if nothing is found this at least this will make a whole lot of people very nervous. I have to believe that just the mention of the possibility that Mr. Hall was circumventing the open meeting act is going to raise the stakes and make it very difficult for the BOR to take any adverse action against Powers.

How are the meetings going?

Per the little knowledge i have, we would like Hall to be impeached, is that correct? Chances of that happening?

Hall is anti Powers, and there by anti Mack Brown, but is an absolute slimeball. He needs to be removed.

Im 50/50 on it. The circumventing the FOIA charge would be a killer if its proven. The Attorney Generals Office will hammer him.
