So I heard a few weeks ago about Briles signing a new contract. How airtight is it? Would Texas consider Briles even after he stuck it to us in the polling a few years back?
No way. Briles is king in Waco. He's a great fit for Baylor. I'd be shocked if he left any time in the foreseeable future. The potential to lose him is what prompted the regents to lock him in for 10 years.
