I checked their schedule wins/losses. I am not certain they are fully bowl eligible. Evidently according to SEC rules, unless a team has 6 wins against FBS teams they are not fully bowl eligible, and can only be used as backfill for bowl slots.

It appears that UAB is an FBS team, but I don't think that Nicholls state is. I did not look up their third OOC team. Do any of you know? SEC OOC scheduling is a joke.

Nichols State schedule/results this year. North Texas beat them worse than Arkansas did, if you're trying to compare on schedule/results.
