I don't need to. Harris publicly said what Helene survivors will receive. It is far short of what illegals get when they cross the border.

Rumor: Funding for FEMA disaster response was diverted to support international efforts or border related issues.

Fact:​

This is false. No money is being diverted from disaster response needs. FEMA’s disaster response efforts and individual assistance is funded through the Disaster Relief Fund, which is a dedicated fund for disaster efforts. Disaster Relief Fund money has not been diverted to other, non-disaster related efforts.

It is different pots of money. The budget of the Disaster Relief Fund is set by Congress and they often appropriate more funds after a disaster has occurred to meet mid to long term needs.

Again, might want to fact check this. Lot's of random people making claims like this but lots of republican governors of these states appreciative of the federal response.
