Ken Paxton suit is not alleging fraud in so much four states made changes to their voting procedures that did not follow their state’s constitution and therefore their voting results are not valid.   
 

Any voting procedures that are not constitutional and allow to stand disenfranchise the voters that voted with constitutional procedures ( like the State of Texas).  Interesting argument.  
 

Regardless how this election turns out, many states need to go back a do a through review of their voting procedures.  Not right some of these states were making changes to voting procedures on the fly.  Some changes made as the election was taking place.
