You're keeping score of a game no one cares to win. It is advantageous for these cases to get out of the lower courts and into the higher courts. So Rudy is applauding while you're thinking you're winning something here. lol

The courts aren't even the real deciders here. Its the legislatures, where the power lies over elections. This is why you're seeing all the hearings in the state senates.Georgia's governor saw enough to change his mind. 

I admire you and @DMAC attempting to debate in good faith. The problem is others don't know the difference between arguing and debating. I have posted before, but I will post the difference again. Arguing is trying to prove who is right and who is wrong; whereas, debating is attempting to find what is right and what is wrong. It takes a high self-esteem to debate. Posting laughing emoticons at others' expense and posting court challenges as baseball scores...well, speaks for itself.
