We choose Truth Over Facts!

lol
Everyone thinks that was another Biden gaffe but I think its their party line.  Their truth never aligns with the facts.

That reminds me.  I was reading some of the fact checks yesterday and it was painfully apparent many of them use assumptions and political bias in their rational behind some fact checks.

Its the lefts new lie because most people will stop at "that was fact checked" and never bother to actually read the fact check.

I saw a sign like the below in my neighborhood

Unity? This from the part of Resist, Russia, Impeach and now Burn it Down? Actions speak louder than words

Notice how the violent protest have simmered down since it started to hurt Biden's polling?  Just coincidental I'm sure :) but it does show one thing ... who is behind it or who they are behind.

Bad news folks, very bad.

Apparently 61% of the US population has died from COVID.  Biden said 200 million have died and quite passionately too. ??

Word is fact checkers are now trying to figure out a way make this somewhat acceptable.

Someone get this man some reading glasses.

Biden is Mr Magoo.  This isn't the first time either

Says Joe Biden has said 150 million Americans died from guns and another 120 million from COVID-19
Welp that's 82% of the US population gone.

I don’t think he can see the TelePrompter. They need to move it up or get him some glasses

Ruth Bader Ginsburg once thought Colin Kaepernick's national anthem protest was 'really dumb,' compared it to flag burning

While promoting one of her books back in 2016, the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg reportedly chastised former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick's national anthem protest, calling it "dumb and disrespectful" before comparing it to burning the American flag.

I'll address this as honestly as I possibly can:

1. Since when is protesting racism political? Protesting racism, inequality, discrimination etc is human decency and we should all do our best to call out and possibly eradicate it when we see it.

2. While I agree from a business standpoint that you shouldn't "bite the hand that feeds you". I'll also propose that as a business do you really concern yourself with those who feel alienated due to your stance on human rights? If "all men are created equal" then isn't it incumbent on each of us to make sure that is indeed the case? And shouldn't we applaud those who use that platform to in fact bring awareness to the masses of people who otherwise may not be aware? When does ones moral compass supercede their desire maximize profits? Idk but the Bible has verse that reads "For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil" 1 Timothy 6:10

3. While I don't believe "real" problems of the black community are being ignored (racism is a real problem btw), I see nothing wrong with identifying any problem and attacking it. Will it truly make everyone (i.e. white people) feel better if while speaking out against racism someone pause and speak also on crime rates? Why? The black community (like all communities) does in fact have problems in addition to racism that need to be addressed. But it appears to me that racism is such an uncomfortable conversation that white people would prefer, when it comes to protesting racism: don't want to hear about it, don't want to see it, and will not acknowledge its existence. "The loveliest trick of the Devil is to persuade you that he does not exist."

A. SHA, that particular stat is not only wrong but disingenuous at best. Most murders are intraracial; meaning more blacks kill blacks, more whites kill whites, more hispanics kill hispanics etc. With that said black people are disproportionately killed by both civilians and police; which is why we kneel/protest.

https://news.northeastern.edu/2020/07/16/the-research-is-clear-white-people-are-not-more-likely-than-black-people-to-be-killed-by-police/

B. Again the black community, like all communities has issues that need to be addressed. Thru my research, while the percentage isn't as high (65% vs 77%),  it is an issue that definitely needs to be addressed (Pacific Islanders have the lowest figure btw at 12%). Also, just because they're out of wedlock doesn't mean that fathers aren't around. You stopped just after referencing Monyihan's study. Clever. Have you stopped long enough to consider other factors? There's been an attack on the black family structure since slavery. Sure there's no longer slavery but there continue to be ripple effects from it that continue to plague the black community. Read this. Perhaps it'll open your eyes (if you're truly concerned about this in regards to black people):

The Black Lives Matter movement should have shut down because George Floyd was high??? So, because he was high he deserved to die in the manner in which he died? That because he was high that justifies his murder and there should no longer be a fight for racial equality? No way in hell that makes any damn sense. I mean, cops aren't supposed to kill "guilty" people either. Copied from a Facebook post: "if your knee jerk reaction to another black person being murdered by police is to immediately look for justification, search for a criminal history, seek out different footage from a different angle that provides some excuse for the cop's actions...you need to ask yourself "why do I feel compelled to justify the actions of a stranger just because we share the same skin color or the same profession or the same political affiliation?" Do some soul searching."

You did a good job trying to point out facts against his disingenuous arguments, but he's a propagandist

This is a perfect example of a racist wanting to help you by pointing out the problems in the black community is not with a cop pressing his knee in someone's neck. It's the black community fault. However, he's so nice that he's going to point them out. He even warns everyone that if you think it's racist then the problem is yours.

Then he brings out the old racist right-wing crap that this had to do with one parent family and then he dust off the Moynihan report from over 50 years ago. These were all the talking points of locking up black men in the 90's.

The  independent autopsy  showed that  His official cause of death is listed as "cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restrain, and neck compression", which in plain English means the knee pressing into his neck resulted in cardiac arrest.  He wants you to believe him and not the video or in other words him or your lying eyes.

He also either lied or got his information from someone like Alex Jones that George Floyd told people that he couldn't breathe when no one was touching him. I have not seen one report of that. The independent autopsy said fentanyl was in his system, but was not the cause of death.

This is just like DMAC's racist argument that Jacob Blake getting shot in the back was his fault. The cops don't have a right to shoot someone unless their life is in danger. The video showed that his life was not in danger. That's why in movies the cops will plant a gun when they murder someone when their life is not in danger. The cop should have seen The Hangover and the guys getting fired by a taser.  Again it's another case of believe me and not the video.

There is a pattern here. The George Floyd and Jacob Blake video both show that the cops were at fault. The tape that Woodward released shows that Trump knew how dangerous Covid 19 was back on February 6 and he's been lying about it, but they want you to believe them and not your lying ears.

The county's earlier summary report had listed fentanyl intoxication and recent methamphetamine use under "other significant conditions" but not under "cause of death."

I never got to see the whole video but some people I have talked to said when they put Floyd in the car he told the cops he couldn’t breathe. No one was touching him at that time. Again, I didn’t see that part of the video I was told that.

So now your argument is a movie, hahaha. Were you there, were you one of the cops?  Who are you to judge what a cop deems  life threatening or not. Have you ever been in that situation?  I personally think 7 shots is excessive but I’m not going to try and second guess what that police officer was thinking while Blake was reaching into his vehicle. I think your argument is based on your opinions and not facts.
