I see all these empty threats from the Trump lawyers and I laugh. Stated certify their elections. They have deadlines to do this. That’s why the judge threw out one of their cases pointing out you have to bring up your issues prior to the election. Once it has occurred you cannot then stop states from certifying their results. The Republicans are suppose to be the party of state rights, until those states decide to use that logic in regards to an election Biden wins. It’s hilarious. And even funnier is the other strategy they have of having those states like, PA and WI, with Republican legislatures send their own electors and not ones based on the popular vote. Another idiotic strategy. 1) States cannot change they way the select electors after the first Tuesday in November. 2) The SCOTUS has ruled that governors are part of the state legislature. And PA, MI, and WI have Democratic governors. So they will send the electors based on the fact Biden won their state. Man December can’t get here soon enough. Let’s end this ridiculousness.

All we want to is insure all legal votes are counted and those that were cast illegally not be. While I agree with states rights, in federal elections, it would be helpful for all states to follow a single federal election protocol.
Until state elections are certified and legal challenges exhausted, President Trump has a right to seek any perceived wrongdoing corrected by any legal means afforded him.
If the courts rule Biden has indeed won this election, Trump needs to concede and ensure as smooth of a transition as possible. If the courts rule Trump has won, Biden needs to concede.

States are counting legal votes only. They have said this. The DHS has said that election was secure. Secretaries of State in every state have said they’ve seen no evidence of widespread voter fraud. Funny you want a single protocol for federal elections, yet support state rights. That doesn’t really work too well there sir. I’m sure other people want a single protocol for other things involving states, but they are again told we are nation of individual states.
Sure Trump should keep filing his lawsuits until the votes have been completely counted and the results certified. But after that it’s kinda over. You do realize his plan, try to get enough votes overturned or thrown out in GA and AZ & then get the SCOTUS to rule in PA. That’s a crazy plan. Sure he has Lindsey Graham pressuring the GA Secretary of State to throw out legal votes... oh wait. I thought y’all wanted all legal votes counted. That’s odd Graham is asking for legal votes to be thrown out. I guess legal = Trump vote and illegal = Biden in y’all’s eyes. But back to the point. Trump has to hope he can get GA and AZ results overturned to even have a chance at PA in court. That’s a lot of wishing.
The courts do not decide who wins an election man. The voters do and they decided Joe Biden won. And if Trump doesn’t get that wish in AZ and GA, the courts won’t be deciding anything because it wouldn’t matter about PA. So again it’s just a big grift. He’s raising money to pay off his campaign debts. He’s putting on a show to make his supporters believe he’s fighting for them. But even he knows, it’s over. That’s why he’s slipped up saying Biden won, almost said the next administration, etc. Trump is a 1 term president. He’s slowly accepting. Someday his followers will accept it too. Until then. I get to laugh at all the idiotic conspiracies. Dominion will change it all. The truth is out there people.
