So do you know what police reform means?? I know, I know. You want to go with the narrative of “defund the police”. Show me where I say that?? Police reform means changing the way police interact with us, not taking away officers. They need to be trained better. There needs to be implicit bias training. There needs to be better training on de-escalation. There needs to be more community outreach from officers. There are so many things that need to be changed. But again show me where I said anything other than police reform...

I'll agree that police need SOME training, but thats really not where the problem starts and you and everyone else here knows it.

INSTEAD, we should have mandatory training for citizens on how to interact with police. Most of these problem begin when civilians choose not to comply with officer requests, which quickly escalates the situation to where it goes bad.

Joe Citizen is responsible for his own disaster in most of these cases.

In addition, no where in the narrative is there talk of civility from citizens who get in police faces, scream obscenities and try to bait police, etc. Once again, complete hypocrisy.
