Dude killed himself early this morning in his jail cell. The dude was a horrible person and murderer, but can't help and feel sorry for him and his family. Going from the top all the way to the bottom due to making bad choices, drugs, and probably some crazy. This is a bizarre story and I'll bet money ESPN is working on a 30 for 30 right now.

Dude wasn't all there and wasn't the brightest.

I don't know if I'd say I'm saddened. More like it's just a sad story.

He needed psychiatric help in a bad way.

Exactly. More just the situation, and what hits home for me is seeing pics of him blowing kisses to his 5 yo daughter in the court room less than a week ago. That poor girl had a monster for a dad and now has to grow up without one. (She may be better off) but sad none-the-less

Yeah, sad for his family but not so much for him. He made some very poor choices.

F him. I wish he would have suffered more. I feel sorry for the innocent victims that POS murdered.

I feel sorry for the victims families. They are always the one's overlooked in these situations. Only reason people feel sorry for Hernandez is because he is famous. Don't see near enough people feeling sorry for the victims IMO.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't he and some others at least part of the reason Urban Meyer left Florida?

I once watched a documentary on him. IMO, it seemed Hernandez got away with a ton of things most folks would not. And that was before the murder stuff in New England started.
