A Request, Please

Other than the long standing names we have for other teams, such as, ousucks, sand aggies, and aggys, I think it looks very aggyish for posters to make up names for schools. 

I saw a reference to o-poo, or something similar in a post. Really?  Aggies have threads dedicated to nicknames. They have them for Vince, Colt, Poona, Malik, the University, Baylor, and Tech. 

I understand Rape U for u know who, it was earned, but to make up names on the fly for everyone we play, I think, makes us sound like the others.

We are better than that in all ways and in all things. We will never be, nor do we want to be them. They want to be us. We are indeed, The University of the First Class.

Let the fans, as well as the teams, represent The University that way.

Well you failed to capitalize all letters in "THE" referring to THE University. . . 

And I missed your "get off my lawn" meme. . .  ..besides I always thought dirt burglers was a classy way to mock a school who's fight song honors those who literally "stole" land.

I think most of it is earned. Yes, we are Texas. But being honest really doesn't move the needle on that.

We call Tech Sand Aggy. Who else tries to poke a hole in the end zone seats with part of a goal post? Or throws tortillas at the opposing team?

Corn Aggy is what we call Nebraska, who hated us (still hates us) because we took away their precious partial qualifier thing. Down went Frazier. They STILL blame Texas for their demise, but won't talk about the PQ thing in the same conversation. 

I try not to talk about Baylor anyway. So I'll keep that under wraps. lol

Aggy may have threads for this and that, . . . matters not. Just spend five minutes on our LonghornFrenzy thread and you'll realize how far apart we truly are from them.
