I think this is what Burton was referring to earlier this week when he said a current commit may start looking around. Kid loves it at UT, but is concerned with the depth that will be in front of him.
I get that, but CJ Baxter should be a prime example of if you have the talent and come in ready the staff will play you as a freshman. CJ Baxter earned the starting spot week 1.

Seems like the pendulum swung back to OU today. Fong noted - he got a call today that makes him feel good about his OU pick. some of the other writers have mentioned that while Texas made a strong financial offer and made a good presentation regarding development, OU may be more financially desperate to drop an even bigger bag to get the commit.

They are still eligible for postseason. Mainly just a ~$25m fine, 1 more game suspension for Moore (up from 2), and banning Harbaugh from college coaching for 10 yrs.

I checked and learned that Michigan is not prevented from being in the playoffs. Basically, NCAA just got a lot of money out of the deal.
